On 15th August 2008 Studio APXE Ltd contracted the design of the family house of Valerie and Frank Schmidt. The design will cover fully the requirements of the passive house standard and will be calculated with the aid of the PHPP methodic of „Passivhaus Institut Darmstadt Dr. Wolfgang Feist”. The future house will be built on the territory of Ravnishte village near Pravets. The planned start of the construction works is in March 2009.
