Studio APXE is currently developing a design for two neighboring passive houses in the village of Katina, city of Sofia in a common architectural concept. The design is based on the use of natural materials, powerful timber structures, stone masonry walls and metal roofs. Harmony with the surrounding nature and a view of the lake in a southerly direction, fitting into the sloping terrain and the harmonious transition to the park environment in the plots are our main goals.
