From January to November 2017 during the facade, finishing and tenant fit-out works on EXPO 2000 Phase IV project Georgi Nikolov was the leading project manager from behalf of the general contractor STRABAG. Phase IV is the final completed building of the EXPO 2000 buisiness complex on 'N.I. Vaptsarov' boulevard in Sofia.
