Studio APXE is currently developing the design for a single-family passive house in Beli Breg, Bankya near Sofia. The building is located in a green and peaceful neighborhood, on two floors, without a basement. The project is based on modern aesthetics and materials, very high comfort and quality of execution, an inseparable connection between the building and its surrounding space.

The project received a building permit and construction work is expected to begin in the spring of 2025.
