APXE is currently managing the cosntruction works on passive houses in the city of Blagoevgrad
30 to 46 centimeters of insulation are unique for Bulgaria, also optimised windows certified by PHI Darmstadt, airtight chimney systems, comfort ventilation with heat recovery with efficiency over 75%, passive solar design. The first blowerdoor tests in Bulgaria will be carried out in September to prove the airtightness of the envelope.
Comfort and good indoor air conditions and high grade energy efficiency are the main priorities of APXE.
The passive house objects will be finished till the end of 2010. More infomation is soon to come.
