The preliminary Blowerdoor n50 airtightness test of the passive house in Knyazhevo, Sofia was completed with a great result.
The test is mandatory for every passive house construction and is conducted initially as a preliminary - during the finishing works and once again as final - after the full completion of the construction works. The result of 0.34 [h-1] is significantly better than the value required for a passive house, 0.6 [h-1] and proved the good work of the whole team - designer and project management, contractors of rough construction, window installers and building services team.
