We are currently developing a concept and work design for building a creative artist retreat on the outskirts of Sofia. The project includes creative and demonstration areas, meeting and workshop rooms, residential and business premises. This will be a set of buildings on a pavilion principle and their surrounding landscape, located in two neighboring plots in ecologically clean environment.
The distinctive features of the project are: clean, spiritual, organic architecture; preserving the existing context and magnificent old stone walls; new robust timberframe structures; fluid spaces; natural materials; energy and construction efficiency.
