Studio APXE Designed the First Plus Energy House in Bulgaria

The first Plus Energy House in Bulgaria recently popped up near Sofia. Designed by Studio APXE, the passive house will generate more energy than it consumes due to the implementation of a photovoltaic system on its roof.
