The construction work of the passive house in Knyazhevo district has begun. The house we designed in 2018 and we are pleased to start implementation this year. The planned construction period is 12 months. We have already completed the excavation and have successfully founded over the thermal insulation of XPS. For the construction project in Kniajevo Sofia, Studio APXE managed the tendering procedures and completed the process of choosing delivery and construction companies. Parallel with this, the construction permission was issued and erection on site can begin.
